If a dispute arises, we encourage resolution through the following process before pursuing legal action.

Resolution Process

Informal Negotiation

Contact our support team to attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.

Mediation

If unresolved, both parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation with a neutral mediator.

Binding Arbitration

Disputes not resolved through mediation will be settled by binding arbitration under ICC rules.
