Most practices arrive here paying for a booking system, a records system, a billing add-on and something for messaging. Sirius is the four of them, and the number below is what the average switcher stopped paying.

Eleven practices moved to Sirius in the last financial year. These are their figures, taken from their own invoices and their own systems rather than from ours.

Spend is the sum of the invoices each practice was paying at the point they signed, compared with their Sirius invoice twelve months later at the same seat count. Practices that grew are counted at their original seat count, because otherwise the number flatters us.
Every one of these has been said to us on a call. They are reasonable worries, so they get an answer with something behind it rather than a reassurance.
It takes about six days and your old system stays on throughout. We import, you check the numbers against what you had, and you cut over on a Friday afternoon.
Median six days across eleven switches, none of which cancelled a clinic day.
We run a dry import you read line by line before anything goes live. If a field will not map we tell you in week one rather than discovering it in month two.
Every switch in the last two years went live with a signed-off discrepancy list.
Two sessions on your own diary rather than a demo account, plus a one-page guide for whoever is on leave. The front desk is usually the group that pushes hardest to keep it.
Nine of eleven practices reported the desk as the strongest advocate at 90 days.
Your rate is fixed for as long as you stay on the plan, and when we raise prices existing practices keep the price they signed at. Export is one click, with no exit fee.
Two price rises since 2022, neither applied to an existing practice.
Most are. We start the migration anyway and you run both until your term ends, at no extra cost from us for the overlap.
Six of the eleven overlapped by two months or more.
You export everything in a format another system can read, from a button in settings that works whether or not anyone is left here to answer the phone. We are eight years old, profitable and have taken no outside money, but that is a promise and the export button is a fact.
Export tested quarterly against two competitor importers, results published.
Still on the fence?
Talk to a practice that switchedThe migration is included either way. The only thing the deadline changes is which year's rate card you sit on.
We take your export, run the dry import, and give you a date. Nothing goes live until you have read the numbers back.
We will put you on a call with a practice manager who switched last year, without us on the line.
